Filming for “Our Health” magazine

On May 14 through 17, Geryll, Tristan, and Alex traveled to Wisconsin to film a short documentary for Andrew Headings concerning Our Health magazine. Andrew Headings is the founder and editor of the magazine, and he is passionate about health care and improving the health care system. We filmed a number of interviews with people talking about their relation to the magazine. We also filmed Andrew Headings talking about his vision for the magazine. The main purpose of the magazine is to educate people on the importance of preventing chronic illness. Andrew says that if we can stop an illness before it starts, then we can save money and live healthier lives. We filmed people who write for it, the printer who prints it, and got feedback from people who read the magazine. Most of the interviews were sit-down, indoor interviews using artificial light. But for a few of them, we took a different approach, using our gimbals and natural light to do more dynamic walking and standing-up shots.
